As an illustrator, I was commissioned to work at the Glamour Women of the Year Awards for BOSS, which gave me the opportunity to be part of this exclusive fashion and society event. Every year, the Glamour Women of the Year Awards bring together outstanding women from a variety of fields and honour figures from the worlds of fashion, culture, media and entertainment who inspire others and set new trends through their work. In an atmosphere combining the red carpet, a photo wall and the international press, the fashion and creative scene gathers here for an evening that blends glamour, networking and recognition.
Live illustration at the BOSS Lounge
As part of the event, BOSS presented its fragrance Alive in a dedicated lounge situated directly opposite the photo wall. This area became a lively hub for invited guests, media representatives and figures from the fashion and cultural scenes. In addition to a cocktail bar and the opportunity to discover and sample the fragrance, the lounge offered a special experience: guests could have their portraits drawn by me live on the spot.
Live-Illustrationen with fragrance bottle
For this occasion, I had previously illustrated the fragrance’s distinctive bottle and printed it onto paper to serve as a decorative backdrop. This resulted in portraits in which the guests appeared to be standing in front of the iconic bottle. Throughout the evening, I created the illustrations live on site, capturing the guests with just a few strokes.
The combination of fashion, fragrance, illustration and personal interaction made the BOSS Lounge a special place within the event – and the drawings a unique memento of a glamorous evening.
