As part of a Bergamotte pop-up event in Berlin<\/strong>, I was invited as a live illustrator<\/strong> to create stylised portraits of customers alongside their newly purchased houseplants. Bergamotte is an online plant shop specialising in houseplants and stylish home accessories, known for its carefully curated selection and its modern, nature-inspired brand identity. The hand-drawn watercolour illustrations added a personal and creative touch to the shopping experience. <\/p> \n

Live illustrations for pop-up events and lifestyle brands<\/h2> \n

Each illustration was created in around ten minutes using bold colours and distinctive brushstrokes on high-quality DIN A5 paper, which had been specially branded with the Bergamotte logo. The focus was not only on the customers portrayed, but also on their chosen plant, which was individually integrated into the composition. The result was a series of unique illustrations that charmingly reflect the connection between people and nature and capture the character of each plant. <\/p> \n

Custom event illustrations for retail and brand activations<\/h2> \n

Once the illustrations were complete, guests were able to take their personalised illustrations home with them straight away \u2013 as a high-quality memento of their visit to the Bergamotte pop-up. Live illustrations add significant value to retail events and brand activations by actively engaging customers and creating emotional experiences.
