I worked as a live digital illustrator at an exclusive press event hosted by Doctor Babor at the Elbphilharmonie in Hamburg. The event was held to launch a new skincare line, which was presented to selected media representatives and influencers. To creatively enhance the product experience, I created custom digital portraits of the guests on-site, combining them with a distinctive element from the new product line. <\/p>\n
Each portrait was drawn live on a tablet and complemented with a Doctor Babor Eye Zone Patch that I had previously illustrated. This created an immediate connection between the illustration and the product presentation. The inclusion of the patch not only gave the drawings a high level of brand recognition but also subtly yet effectively brought the new skincare line into the spotlight. <\/p>\n
A particular advantage of digital live illustrations is their immediate availability. Immediately after completion, guests received their personalized portraits via email and were able to share them right away on their social media platforms. This resulted in authentic content with a wide reach, which kept the event visible even after it had ended.
